I was responsible for helping create the help content for NinjaTrader's trading platform. We helped over 60,000 traders with their NinjaTrader deployments.

I was a product manager for a retail trading platform that was in the process of rehousing their trading engine to work with modern standards.
Overview
For 3 years, I was on a team responsible for Software Product Management of a beta project. This included working with the development team to create an indicator and trading strategy framework, writing UX copy and technical documentation, and managing bug issues and community support.
I had a hand in many areas of the development process, including documentation for developers, as well as writing scripts for a video library to help with user onboarding, software operations and developer support.
